Barbara Nadel is a British author of detective stories. She has offered little information about her personal details. Barbara Nadel is probably not her real name, and she has so far not made her year of birth public. The only information she has revealed is that she was born and raised in the East End of London. She has a degree in psychology, and she has taught the subject. She has also worked with sexually abused young people and as an information officer at the National Schizophrenia Fellowship, and she still participates in the public debate on health care. She has trained as an actor, but is now a full-time writer.
